By enrolling in the Damascena Loyalty Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1- Eligibility: The Program is open to all Damascena customers who are 18 years or older, reside in the United Kingdom, and have a valid email address. Damascena employees are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2- Earning Points: Members will earn 1 point for every £1 spent at any Damascena location. Points are awarded on the pre-tax amount of the purchase, and rounded down to the nearest whole number. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards, taxes, or gratuities.
3- Rewards: Members can redeem their points for rewards and special offers as advertised by Damascena. Rewards are subject to availability and may be subject to restrictions. Damascena reserves the right to modify or remove rewards at any time without prior notice.
4- Point Expiration: Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as a lack of earning or redeeming points within a 6-month period.
5- Account Termination: Damascena reserves the right to terminate any member's account and void any accrued points if the member violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with the Program.
6- Communications: By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from Damascena. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time.
7- Changes to Terms and Conditions: Damascena reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Damascena will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to members in advance.
8- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9-Limitation of Liability: Damascena is not liable for any damages or losses arising out of or related to the Program, including but not limited to lost points or rewards, and Damascena's maximum liability is limited to the replacement of lost or stolen rewards.
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions and the Damascena privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not enroll in the Program.
